📊 Production Plan & Timeline – We outline key milestones to keep your project on track. As a general rule, first runs take 4-8 weeks and re-orders take 3-4 weeks including shipping/delivery.

Production Management
🏭 Manufacturing Oversight
Our “boots on the ground” approach has proven to be very successful. Your dedicated account manager is in the factory on a daily basis ensuring the manufacturer is sticking to the project timeline without jeopardizing the quality of your jewelry.
📦 Quality Control & Logistics
We inspect samples, approve production runs, and coordinate shipping.
Once your order passes our stringent quality control, we will send you images and video of the final pieces and their measurements for your approval. We’re also happy to jump on a Zoom call to review your pieces.
Upon approval we will then send you an invoice for the remaining amount based on the final weights. Once the invoice is paid we will ship your order and provide you with the tracking. For our repeat customers, we are happy to discuss payment terms.
Final Delivery & Beyond
📬 Receive Your Finished Jewelry
We ship via UPS Expedited Shipping which takes no more than 1-5 business days depending on where you are in the world. We take care of all the duties and paperwork for you. Beautiful, high-quality pieces are delivered to your door, hassle free!
📈 Wholesale & Retail Support
Assistance with launching, pricing, and selling your collection. We can also provide you with e-commerce ready photos of your jewelry on a white background.
